I am building a small campus network from the ground up for a small research facility and have settled on a 10GB fiber backbone for inter-floor / inter building communication. I ran across this product today which advertises tool less fiber cable termination:

My questions is, do products like this work? Are they actually tool less? If not what would I need to use them? Do they holdup as well as Epoxy ends?
Disclaimer, I have not terminated a fiber cable outside of a lab environment and have not done it in years. I have always hired out backbone fiber cabling jobs before. With my new job I cant do as i'm in a developing country. I stumbled across the product above trying to brush up on the fiber termination process. So please be patient with me, any other advice would be helpful as well.
