Would love yo hear from some people that are current or past Windstream customers using their MPLS / Fiber for their company.
Currently we are highly considering moving from our bonded Ts to their fiber / MPLS Network (the pricing we get from Windstream is great and want to sign).
Current Setup ( we have two sites) Each site has (from a local LEC):
3 Bonded Data T1s (4.5mb) for DIA (internet)
5 Bonded Data T1s (7.5mb) for Point To Point (Layer 2 Interconnect Data)
2 PRI (48 Channels of voice)
Moving to a 100mb at each site for MPLS.
I know the benefits of moving to glass over copper, and the speed is obvious,. I am fully away that ATT owns the last mile for all the different LECs.
Looking for:
How their Post Sale Support is?
How accurate are they when they provide a contract with final numbers (do they come back with extra mystical install charges)?
How is their reliability (other than a fiber seeking backhoe, finding the fiber in the ground)?
Anything else I should know?
