Everything was fine yesterday and no changes were made to the network (that we are aware of anyway) but today we have had several users report that they cannot get to the internet. A ping to external sites returns the IP but no reply.
The users are in different parts of the building, different OS (XP and W7), using different browsers (IE, FireFox, Chrome) and VOIP is not affected.
Many of our users have their computers plugged into a Cisco VOIP phone for networking (only 1 port at most workstations) and these phones require internet access for routing, voicemail, etc.
Any ideas?
