Hihi.
Thanks for taking the time to read this; I'm in dire need of help.
I've recently come into possession of six SonicWall TZ190's. I would like to use them as simple wireless access points and have DHCP supplied by an external server through one of the LAN ports (or the WAN, I don't care as long as the SonicWall isn't supplying the addresses).
I've searched and searched, but all of the info that I've come across -- even followed to the letter -- gets me nowhere. Honestly, I'm not an idiot, these things are so amusingly-convoluted that I'm losing track of what is where and why it's there. I just can't figure this out! I've reset the tester unit to complete stock defaults. It's SonicOS Enhanced 3.9, I believe.
Basically, I want to just plug these in, stick then behind or under a desk, and just use these for more uniform coverage of the location. ...well, and to help lessen the insane load placed on the poor router, of course.
What info is needed? Thanks in advance, it is appreciated.
