We have a switch closet with 2 3com 7750 with 5 blades each. These were spec'd/installed/wired well before any of the current staff. All the ports are plugged in but less than half are lit up. We highly doubt that all 480 ports are going to active jacks in the wall as there has been a lot of re-configuration of the building and new wires were run to the patch panel. I'd like to be able to look at activity on the ports and see the last time there was activity on them.
We are able to get into the CLI via telnet, but I don't believe there is a web interface.
Can anyone point me in the right direction for pulling logs that would get the information I'm looking for?
