Our company is working towards ISO 20000 and ITIL v3 compliancy. I'm looking for ideas for software packages or online cloud services that can monitor services and metrics and generate reports to verify we are in our SLA. Spiceworks I know has some monitoring and Alerts, but it's not robust enough yet for our needs right now.
I have looked at PRTG and ScaleXtreme so far.
Thoughts? Help?
