I am trying to solve a problem for a client. The issue is that Team Viewer will not connect to teamviewer.com on one of their systems. From that system I can run a trace route and get to the hop just before teamviewer.com. From my system I can get all the way there. On both systems the last few hops are the same. Widows firewall is off.
I suspect that the eSet firewall is blocking/flitering traffic from teamviewer.com. However, the support group for the company that put the system together says that it is not possible.
Anyone got any ideas?
BTW, eSet is controlled by yet another company that will not give us the password to make changes or check settings/logs. They also have a 'process' to go through to make any changes that is agonizing.
