Segregate Mobile Devices on their own Network/VLAN?

Hello All

Wanted to know the steps or best practice, in trying to isolate on our network, any iPhone, iPad, Droid or Mobile Phone type device, that when connected uses a particular VLAN for traffic instead of eating up our DHCP leases on 2-3 VLANS we use? Not sure how to isolate them from other Laptops or 'work related' mobile devices? We currently have 5 VLANs for different departments and 3 of those 5 are hit the most because our GUEST network resides on it, but i would also like to have our Internal WiFi differentiate between mobile devices and WORK devices, just not sure how to do that? We currently have a Watchguard XTM firebox Firewall and HP ProCurve Switches.

Any links or guidance is much appreciated!

Jeff
