I think I finally have some attention on being made for an SMS gateway appliance. So, I'm hoping my fellow Spiceheads can help with some recommendations on what is good and what is bad.
So we are looking for a way to get SMS messages to our cell phones. Currently this is done through exchange but what happens if exchange or our internet connection is down? No notification.
I want a hardware, not virtual, solution. I'm finding several to choose from via quick Google searches. So, I'm looking for the good the bad and the ugly.
The product has to be reliable, easy to use and the support better be good. Those are about the only requirements I can think of outside of cost.
This all seems rather simple enough, I'm waiting for the other shoe to drop on things I haven't considered.
