Like I have had to do several times over the last few years, I have to configure a computer to be used for a conference room. If I had my way I would build in a rear projection smart board and a nice loaded system, but that's not what I am asking. I know we can all nerd out on the hardware, but what I want to know is what would you put on it? How would you configure it? I am often asked to make it a generic workstation, putting all of the software that the users require on it, using a "guest" account. That works, but does anyone have a more interesting way to do it?
Any horror stories?
