user receiveing error on RDP " acces denied"
user was unable to rejoin RDP session after RDP session timed out on VDI machine
User was connected to the VDI machine for 4days.
After resetting the VDI connection user was receiving the same error "Access Denied"
When I visited the users physical desk a RDP session was running.
Rebooting the PC resolved the issue.
The problem is why didn't the user rejoin the RDP session that was active?
Why didn't RDP create another connection for the user?
All users groups in AD are correct for RDP session to the speciific Workstation.
