Routing between 192.168.1.0/24 and 10.1.0.0/22 sub networks

Hi

I have a main network in the 192.168.1.0/24 and i also have a separate network on 10.1.0.0/22 sub network. How do I make the devices behind the 10.1.0.0/22 network visible to the devices running on the 192.168.1.0/24 network? I'm currently using a VM with ClearOS that acts as gateway,firewall and web proxy for 10.1.0.0/22 network.

Any help would be appreciated.
