We’ve got a Mac user who has two issues. I will try to explain both of them as best I can and whatever help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Issue #1
Several of our Windows based users are unable to view his free / busy schedule within Outlook. It either doesn’t show up at all, or people see the hash marks. Everyone in our environment uses Outlook 2010 with a mixture of XP and Windows 7. We currently run Exchange 2007.
Troubleshooting That I Have Tried:
Checked Outlook cache mode
Launched Outlook /clean free busy
Issue #2
This user is unable to access websites such as Dropbox. This only happens on a Mac. I have a Mac in my office for troubleshooting, and can’t access the site either. I can however access the site from my Windows computer. What seems to happen is the connection times out. For issues within Windows I’ve been able to fix this by disabling auto tuning. Is there something similar that I can do on a Mac?
