Accessing Server Application from Client Machine

Recently I added my Windows 2008 R2 server to Domain. One Program Application runs on the server and is accessed from different client locations. When I click on the application from client machine, I get an error (Multiple instances can't open by the Application). Client machines are not added to the domain. Application used to work correctly when server was not added to domain. Please help.
