Multiple IP addresses on a single router interface with an RCN cable connection

I have recently started having trouble with my RCN Internet cable connection.

I have a /28 block of static address and I have 6 of them statically assigned to the same WAN interface on my router (pfSense). I use port-forwarding (based on the incoming IP) to host several different SSL websites that are hosted on different web-servers inside my network. I have had this setup for over a year now and everything was working wonderfully until sometime in late December.

The problem seems to be that RCN will only route traffic to one IP address per MAC. Therefore, only the first address is reachable from the Internet. Before December, this was not the case and all of the addresses assigned to the WAN interface were reachable from the Internet.

For testing purposes, I added an L2 switch between my modem and router and connected a laptop to it. The laptop is able to communicate with all the addresses and the associated services behind them, so I am reasonable sure that pfSense is not the issue.

Has anyone else had similar issues with RCN?

This was all working fine until late last month, when it just stopped working. I didn't make any changes on my network.

Also, what it the best lingo to describe to RCN tech support, the type of setup I have and why I would want multiple IPs on the same interface? They seem to be baffled at why I would do that and are telling me that they cannot support that.
