SNMP across subnets

I have a question about setting up SNMP traps  in an environment where the MSA sends SNMP alerts to a workstation.

The MSA is set up on one network (10.0.0.x) the storage server has two NICs (10.0.0.x and 192.168.x.x) and a workstation on 192.168.x.x.

I need to send SNMP alerts from MSA to workstation. I currently have HPSIM installed on server and workstation so when an alert comes from storage, it shows up in server HPSIM. I am trying to forward those messages to the workstation which also has HPSIM.

The reason for this setup is because the workstations are in a different location than the datacenter and they want to know about any issues from the storage or server.

Does anyone know the best way to set this up? Or do you have any other ideas for setting up forwarding SNMPs alerts across a network.

I am not a network guy, so this makes it difficult.

Thanks, in advance.

Tim
