I have a single user who is sporadically experiencing a considerable slow down with Outlook 2010.
Details are as follows: I am not an Exchange Admin so need some specific help from someone in that area.
User has a 4GB Archive file and originally had about 30 folders directly under his inbox, recently moved them outside the inbox to see if this would help. He is the only user I have hard having this issue. Problem appears when writing emails and when searching for specific content. I slows down so much when writing emails that he cannot see the text update on his screen to know if he made a mistake. Buffer does eventually catch up but very frustrating.
Our exchange server is located in another city with much less internet connectivity but its strange that he is the only user in our office experiencing this issue. I have been told it is because he has too much in his archive file, however there are users with much more than him not experiencing this issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated?
