Server Rack installs; Best Practices to reduce downtime

I will be finishing up our Rack install this weekend and will be throwing the rest of our network inside our shiny 90s era racks.

Does anyone have any tips/speed tricks to make the rest of the network go in smoothly? IE an order of operations. I already have our 2 dell r900 servers in there that host our DCs and all of our other etc servers.

The things that need to go inside still are:

Dual Wan TPLink Router

3 HP Procurve 48 port switches

1 CTC Router for our VoiP solution

1 Netgear swtich for our VoiP solution

1 linksys router (AP)

2 UPS

1 Tower Server (file share)

3 48 Port Patch panels

I want to reduce downtown, but most importantly I need to keep up our servers almost at all times since we host an external facing web app that clients log into 24/7.
