Cisco Catalyst 2960

Hi, 

I have one  Cisco Catalyst 2960 Switch in my network, Before i can access the Web interface of the switch through internal Ip 192.168.1.17.

But now i cannot access the web interface, please help to find IP address of the switch, Or how can i configure it again.
