One computer can connect internally, but not to the internet.

Ok, fellow SpiceHeads, here's the deal:
One PC in the office can't hit the internet, but can browse locally. I just noticed this today. It didn't seem to be an issue before.
All other PCs and the server are behaving normally.

Here's what I've tried:
Reboot (many times)
Clean boot from Safe Mode - this worked once, but when it came back, no more connection. I tried it a second time and it didn't work.
Can RDP into it.
Can ping internal resources- other machines, gateway, dns server, but not the internet. Can't ping sites by FQDN or IP.
Tried unplugging/reconnecting Ethernet cable
Restarted switch (local 5 port)
Restarted Verizon FiOS router
No alerts in SEP (cloud managed)
Treid Uninstalling SEP (no luck)
Flushed DNS then Registered it
Changed to (*eye roll*) IPV6
Disabled and Enable the interface many times
Checked to see if there was a malware proxy in IE
Ran netstat-a to see if any weird connections or if either port 80 or 443 was getting out (nope)
System restore
Reloading Drivers (if it was a driver thing, I don't think I would get anything)
Out of desperation, I ran the MS diagnostic in the Network and Sharing Center, and it said the PC was configured correctly, so the problem must be with the online resource.

Oddly enough, I had this post all the way written, and I got it working with a clean boot, and was able to browse sites fine, but then it went away. At no time did the NIC say it wasn't working. I have always been able to get to internal resources.

This is driving me nuts, and I know it's going to bite me Monday I can't solve it. Don't want to nuke the OS unless if have to.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!! Thanks!
