OK,
my company well the owner of the company has just purchased into another company and now we need to place some of our accounting team into their offices. We will have them on our LAN through a dedicated MPLS connection to our head office but they will need to be able to access\use applications that will span onto the other companies LAN. now we don't want the acquired company any access into our corporate LAN. I've no experience of doing this how and what is the best way to achieve our employee's having access to servers on their LAN but not form the untrusted side to us?
I'm guessing a firewall of some kind or can I just add another network card to the server(s) that we need access to and then set some routing up to allow that to be on our LAN (not sure that woud be secure)?
