SonicWALL firewall alternative with good support

I have primarily used SonicWALL for the past 7 years at different companies. I like the UI but their support is terrible and has been for a long time. We have multiple locations and high availability requirements and keep having similar issues at different locations and support is usually unhelpful when we get to talk to them.

Are there any other providers that are a good UTM solution that also have quick and good support? We have the requirements of the the UTM device doing the following:

Load balancing, static routes with VPN failover, HA, content filtering, anti-malware, IPS, Geo-IP, botnet filter, SSL VPN, wireless access points (like their SonicPoints), etc.
