TightVNC Help!!!!

I am relatively new at this job.  The guy that was here before me had TightVNC installed on every machine in the company, so that he could remote in without having to use the built in RDP.  This is useful because we don't then have to log the active user out of his or her session.  The problem is, no one knows the password he used for the machines.  It's safe to assume that its just one password used for all of them.  I wonder, SpiceHeads, is there a way to set my own password for all instances of TightVNC remotely?  The only solution I have discovered so far is going to each PC individually and setting up TightVNC again!  I don't want to do this, especially because some of my PC's are in VA Beach, 140 miles away!!!
