First of all, thanks for taking a look at my question!
Ok, so we currently have two WAN connections(two adsl lines both with static IP addresses) coming into a multi-WAN firewall Router. Currently we have users connecting in to services on the local network through just one the lines, lets call this WAN1. WAN2 is currently used as a failover for internal internet traffic, but we would like to utilise this line for incoming connections as well.
Is there such a service, perhaps some kind of proxy, which allows me to give external/internet users 1 IP address to connect to, which then connects them in via one of the multiple ISP lines. Fail over is the main reason, but load balancing would be ideal.

Clik here to view.
Something like in the above image, instead of giving them multiple public/external IP address to try and connect in through, they instead have 1 address to connect to which then forwards them on to either of the public IP address depending on availability or possibly even load balance.
Hopefully I'm not using completely incorrect terminology here! Perhaps there isn't anything for the above situation or perhaps I have missed something obvious.
Thanks for your help in advance.
