Our customer has not been able to scan to email on his copystar cs-2551ci since getting the new copier. The customer is 2.5 hours away from us and isn't being very helpful when trying to assist over the phone. They are using a web hosting company and he swears all of the settings are correct. They have no server and from what he says, all DNS is handled through their router. Just wondering if anyone has any suggestions. We are trying to get him to give us the name and number of the hosting company and maybe they will be of more assistance. Please help if you know of anything to try.
