I hear that Speedtest is not really a great option for this. ,
Can someone suggest an efficient and reliable (Preferably Open Source) tool which I could used to figure out what the actual Bandwidth is.
I am being promised a dedicated 512Kbps (DL) line. However, I would like to confirm this myself.
