Ok, in sort of continuation of this thread: http://community.spiceworks.com/topic/477550-redo-lan-ip-on-a-flat-network?page=1#entry-3211938
I'm redoing the network's IP addresses. Anyway, I have a file share server where everybody (roughly 150 people) access. That is the place where they store their files and share them with others in the company. So my question is what do I need to do to make sure that when I segregate my network by department into different subnets, that everybody will still be able to still access the fileshare without a problem.
My plan so far is to use 10.0.0.1 - 10.0.31.254, subnt mask 255.255.224.0.
