I have the following setup. RRAS setup on a Windows Server 2008 behind a Juniper SSG Firewall. VPN in from different clients of different locations using Windows 7 VPN capability with PPTP works fine. On one location (A), the clients would VPN in to the Windows 2008 servers from their own Windows 7 PC. The VPN connections are fine. However, when somebody VPN in using Windows 7 from the server location. It will connect but then it will prevent PC from location (A) to VPN back to the server. The connections will re-established in about 2 to 3 hours. We had changed the routers on locations (A) with the same results. The routers all support VPN pass through. During those time of no connections, other offices are able to connect via VPN with no problem. I am stuck right now and will a Private VPN site to site tunnel works to handle the 2 ways communication?
