Recommendations : managed switch 48 GE with min. 8 PoE

Hi all, I have a client needing replacement switches. The requirements are as follows.

2x 48 port GE fully managaed with at least 8 PoE ports on one of the switches.

I've been looking at the 2960's and the HP 2500 series. I have not had any exposure to the Cisco SG series so would welcome any opinions on that range.
