Hello spice community.
I work in a school environment with a windows domain currently with 2003 functionality, (will be upgrading soon to a 2008 domain). In terms of our domain connected computers, we have just under 900 desktop computers across site and then about 150 laptops.
For some reason we seem to constantly have computers that will 'fall off the domain' they will still show in AD and when you log in locally they can still see the network, so our usual routine is just to go in locally and reconnect to the domain. However i am wondering if anyone else has experienced this problem and what they have done to try and resolve it.
For Instance one of our computer-rooms seems to have the same computers drop of every couple of days and i have changed drivers, re-made the wiring changed ports on the patch panel .etc but to no avail.
Any advice would be appreciated
