RDP random disconnects

Hardware specs: Dell PowerEdge 2950 running Server 2008 R2.

The server is setup as a terminal server and this problem seemed to start a few months ago. The strange thing about this problem is that it seems to be related to only 1 user in this business. She will be working normally with multiple RDP sessions open to different servers, but only get kicked from this specific server. When she tries to reconnect it says that "The specified server does not exist on network" for a few seconds/minutes after disconnecting. I have narrowed down the issue so that the only variables unchecked are either the server hardware, server OS, or something on the network.

Things I have done: Setup a new CAT5e cable to the network backbone and replaced the workstation with a spare setup.

If I connect as a admin, the problem never seems to occur, which leads me to believe that it is a problem specific to perhaps, that user account? If this is the case, what exactly should I do to fix that?
