Network Cables - Best Way to Tidy Them?

My server room is really small, and to be honest, doesn't really consist of anything apart from a few switches and network ports and a few servers.

I am after the best way I can sort this mess out as my switches and what not look like a spaghetti junction but worse. What is the best approach to start sorting something like this?

EDIT: I have 3 cabinets, 2 that are right next to each other, and another which is right at the other side of the room (for some reason?! It was there when I started).
