Cannot access the admin server on the network

There may be a simple solution hopefully. I'm currently working in an office, and the secretary emailed me this morning saying she couldn't access the \\company-admin folder. She uses it everyday and for some reason, when she tried to open the shortcut, it would time out and give her a "Diagnose" option. So I tried to ping that folder, and I get no response (request time outs with 0% connectivity). I can connect to every other folder on the network but just not that one, if I didn't have elevated permissions to access the folder I should at least be asked to enter the domain username and password but even that option doesn't come up for me. So I asked other 3 other admins in the company, 2 of them have access, and one doesn't. Any ideas would be extremely helpful.
