Is there any way to segregate AD and non-AD devices in DHCP?

Is there an easy way to segregate domain and non-domain devices, essentially having them pull from different ranges in DHCP?

What I want is, to have domain (workstations, laptops, printers) devices use one part of a DHCP range with longer lease times, and non-domain (iPads, tablets, phones, BYODs) use a different range with much shorter lease times.  Is it possible to have DHCP do this?

I don't want to create another VLAN, and the IP addresses available are enough for our current needs.  I just don't want an IP address tied up for days, for short duration users.  It would also be nice to be able to see what / who is using DHCP without scanning through each record in DHCP.

Any help appreciated.
