Hello everyone I have been scouring the internet for weeks trying to find a solution to this problem but have been unsuccessful so hopefully someone out there will be able to give me a hand.
Let me start by saying there is only one person having this problem. All other users experience normal speed and connection times.
This user is using Windows 7 and is attempting to connect to our VPN. When connecting to the VPN the connection begins to establish and takes literally 20 to 30 minutes to complete however it does complete. After she is connected the overall speed is slower than others in the same room as her on the same vpn but is functional. I have chose for her computer to not use the default gateway with no success. I disabled ipv6 even with no success. I did a DNSflush and ipconfig release and renew and still her connection to the VPN takes incredibly long. I have even disabled her Windows firewall which is the only firewall on her computer and still no change.
Anyone have any idea of what I should check or do in order to try and resolve her problem? It used to work fine for her but now it doesnt. Like I said people in the same office behind the same router are able to connect in less than a minute it is only her that takes that long.
