We have a "ReadyNAS NV+" that we use to store software and photos. I've never had a problem connecting to it via our wired network (which consists of about 10 cisco small business switches). However, when connecting to it over our wireless network (which consists of dozens of cisco APs and a Cisco AP controller) it won't resolve the DNS name. I can map a drive to it using the NAS's IP address, but not it's name. However, plugging into the wired LAN fixes the problem immediately. The DNS server is listed the same on the wireless and wired adapter.
Has anyone ever had a problem such as this? Given that it has the correct DNS server for both the wired, and wireless adapter, I can't figure out why it's not resolving the name. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
